Simple steps:

2. 2.Fill in the group leader’s basic information
3. 3.Add the details of all group members (name, email, phone number, passport number, company, etc.)
4. 4.Submit the form

Once completed, the group leader and members will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the group entry QR code — this confirms successful registration!

Q: Why haven't I received the entry QR code after pre-registering?

A: Here are the most common reasons and quick fixes:

1. Email not yet arrived — It may take up to 5–10 minutes. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folder, or search for “Windoor Expo” or “registration” in your email.
2. Email or phone number already registered — Each email address and phone number can only be used once for pre-registration. If you (or someone else) used the same email/phone before, the system will block duplicate registrations.
   → Try a different email address, or contact us to check/reset if needed.
3. Typo or incorrect email/phone — Double-check the email you entered during registration. A small typo can prevent delivery.
