Q: How do I register as an individual visitor?

Who can visit the Expo, and is admission free?

WINDOOR is a professional trade exhibition for the window, door, fa?ade and building industry. Admission is free for pre-registered trade visitors.

Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and comply with the venue’s admission requirements.

Please allow 5–10 minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Also confirm that the email address entered during registration is correct and has not already been used.

If the email still does not arrive, contact our overseas visitor team for assistance. On-site support will also be available at the Overseas Registration Counter.

How can I request an invitation letter for my Chinese visa application?

Overseas trade visitors who require a visa invitation letter should first complete visitor registration and then submit the required passport, company and travel information through the invitation letter application page.

Visa requirements vary by nationality. The invitation letter supports your application but does not guarantee visa approval. Please apply early and allow sufficient time for processing.
