Space Logistics Storage and Kitting Sorting System for Thermal Break Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows

A spatial logistics storage system for profiles is provided, which includes a truss. The truss is configured into an upper layer and a lower layer: the lower layer is equipped with a profile processing unit and a feeding unit, the upper layer is provided with a profile storage unit and a profile conveying unit, and a material grabbing unit is movably arranged at the upper end of the truss. The profile processing unit comprises a dual-station, a mullion workstation, a pre-assembly table and a frame conveying line, with feeding conveying lines arranged at the feeding ends of both the dual-station and the mullion workstation. The feeding unit consists of a front feeding assembly and a side feeding assembly. The front feeding assembly includes a discharge rack and a positioning part arranged on the discharge rack, and the discharge rack is disposed at one end of the lower layer of the truss close to the dual-station. Side feeding assemblies are arranged on one side of each feeding conveying line, and each side feeding assembly includes a movable material rack. The invention can improve the efficiency of profile processing, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and at the same time, make rational use of workshop space, thereby enhancing the economy and practicability of profile processing.

Any angle drilling and milling intelligent workstation

This equipment is primarily designed for the cutting and milling processing of broken bridge aluminum door and window profiles, as well as certain industrial aluminum profiles. The equipment can perform slot-type drilling and milling on four sides of the profile, and after drilling and milling, it can cut the profile at any angle between ±45°. It is capable of processing various hole positions such as glue injection holes, pin holes, drainage holes, sharp corners, edge corners, handle holes, and lock body holes for system door and window profiles. The machining process for aluminum profile components in door and window production can be completed in one loading.
